Going public!

Happy Friday, friends! I'm so happy you're here. I love that in less than a week we already have so many people who want to be a part of what we're creating here. Many of you are already friends with me on my personal account, so you've seen the evolution of making this page, but I see some new faces, too. Welcome! I'm so happy someone you know has sent you my way and I hope you enjoy the things that I share here. I think this will be a fun little journey. No idea where we'll end up, but I'm thrilled with where we are.

I shared this video to my private page last Friday, but I think it belongs here, too. In it, I talk about my reasons for starting this writing page and also my desire to preserve the privacy of my children as much as possible. If I share a picture or a story involving them on any of my social media accounts I seek their approval first. So if you see it here, they're okay with it, but I'd prefer not to share their real names at all. I'm sure many of you who are parents understand this and I thank you for respecting my wishes on this front.
